This is how I do grill. I think this is one of the easiest way to do grill. It’s healthy and all the ingredients are natural and easy to get.

For grill you must need natural yogurt

Step1

2 small chicken cut it in 8 pieces and put 2 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 whole lime juice.

Step2

Add 1 tablespoons salt not more than that

Step3

2 tablespoon of fresh garlic and ginger paste. This is the main ingredients of grill.

Step4

Add 1/4 tablespoon of turmeric, chili, coriander and black paper power

Step5

2 tablespoon of olive oil

Step6

Mix it properly

Step7

Cover it and keep it for 2 hours in the fridge for better taste

Step8

Ready to grill. Put it on the grill tray

Step9

Put it on the oven

Step10

1 side is done now need to cook other side

Final step

It’s done in 40 minutes
