Ingredients

– Shiitake or Any type of mushroom half cup chopped and boiled
– half cup cucumber skin on and chopped into small pieces
– 1 tomato chopped
– lettuce 2/3 pieces shredded
– 1 lemon juice about 1 and a half tbsp
– fine sliced onion half tsp
– salt to taste
– black pepper powder and green chili to taste
– 1 boiled egg ( optional)
– 1 tsp roasted oats
– drizzle of olive oil ( optional)
– roasted chopped garlic 1 tsp ( optional)
– almonds 6/7 ps ( optional)

Mix everything well and get ready for a mouthful awesomeness!
